Kansas Speedway: Two-Lap Time Trial

There I was, racing around Kansas Speedway like I was a Tour de France contender—except with less skill and more sweat. The wind was blasting at 15 mph from the south, making every pedal feel like I was fighting through a sandstorm. I zipped through the timing arch, RFID chip in place, feeling like a pro—until the first turn almost sent me straight to the pavement. But hey, I stayed upright, powered through, and finished the two laps in 10 minutes and 38 seconds. No records were broken, but at least I didn’t crash.

As for my friends? Well, I came in dead last—no surprise there. But they’ll be back next year, pretending to train by watching YouTube videos and claiming they almost broke my time. Let’s just say, the competition is already on… even if I’m the one holding up the rear!
